How It Works – New Design

Payment & Order Confirmation
Work begins after payment is completed and the order is confirmed. The turnaround time begins from the date payment is completed.

Initial Design Preparation
The initial design concepts are prepared and sent to the customer within the applicable order turnaround time.

Design Selection & Feedback
The customer selects their preferred design and sends all requested comments and revisions.

Font Selection
Once the design direction is approved, font options are sent to the customer to select the preferred font.

Revisions
The requested revisions are completed and the updated version is sent to the customer for review.
Important Note
Please send all comments and requested revisions together whenever possible. Additional revisions or feedback submitted in multiple stages may increase the turnaround time.
Turnaround times
- New design: 7–21 business days.
- Ready design: 1–7 business days.
- Revisions: 3–7 business days. Additional revisions or feedback submitted in multiple stages may increase the turnaround time.
- Video: 10–15 business days after approval of the base design. Additional revisions may increase the turnaround time.
- Cards & envelopes: 5–15 business days.
- Printed products: 3–15 business days, including cups and other printed products, depending on the product, quantity and requirements.
